“Food sustains
life. We all have to eat. To me, eating is not just about
feeding our bodies but is also about nourishing and healing
them. My goal is to help people understand the significance
to mind and body of what they choose to put into their
bodies. I believe that eating and cooking should be
creative and fun, as well as good for you. I especially
love it when I am able to help someone feel like they are
eating something special and not compromising the things
they enjoy most about food.”
Jennifer Sima’s primary approach in
nursing has been primarily in the area of functional
medicine. The past five years have been spent working in
developmental pediatrics with an integrative approach to
treatment to include teaching the importance of and
management of proper nutrition.
